We want to analyze our wholesale sales data across multiple years to uncover key performance insights and trends. We're particularly interested in understanding how far back we should go with our historical data to get meaningful analysis.
Our main objectives include:
Calculate the lifetime value (LTV) of each retail partner
Determine repeat order rates for wholesale accounts (we may need to tag orders to identify first-time vs. returning accounts)
Identify trends in what specific sales reps are promoting by analyzing their territory order patterns
Evaluate individual rep performance by measuring average repeat order rates within their territories
We're looking for a solution that can process years of wholesale transaction data and surface patterns we might be missing in our current manual analysis approach.
