Some users are experiencing difficulty logging in due to the email login verification process requiring the verification link to be opened on the same device and browser used to access Storytell.
In many real-world workflows, users access Storytell on a desktop browser (e.g., Windows + Chrome) but open their email on a mobile device using a mobile email client. When the magic link is opened on a different device, the login fails, which feels counterintuitive and disrupts the login experience.
Allowing cross-device email verification (e.g., opening the magic link on mobile while logging in on desktop) would better align with common user behavior and improve accessibility and usability.
