We want to analyze our Shopify orders, returns, and discount data to identify trends and gain deeper customer insights.

Our key questions include:

  • What is our repeat order rate trend over time?

  • What is our lifetime value trend over time?

  • What is the trend of our AOV (average order value) over time?

  • Where are our best customers located geographically?

  • Are there specific products that create better customer loyalty and higher LTV?

  • Is there a difference between customers who use discounts versus those who don't?

  • Is there a difference in behavior between customers purchasing from brand #1 versus brand #2?

We're looking for a comprehensive analysis that can help us understand customer behavior patterns and identify opportunities to improve retention and lifetime value.
