Our team was discussing the capabilities of a new version of our platform, particularly its ability to detect subtle interactions and emotional tones in unstructured data. We expressed interest in how this feature could be used to monitor interactions involving key personnel and detect underlying issues that might not be immediately apparent.

Our Interest in Emotional Intelligence:

• We need the ability to detect interactions that, on the surface, don't seem significant but may have underlying issues. As we noted, "Being able to detect like these sort of like interactions that on the surface don't look like anything. But underneath the surface there's like, you know, stuff that's not being said, etc, etc. That would be incredibly helpful."
