Analyze manufacturer production time

We need to get a clearer picture of our true manufacturing and shipping timelines. Right now we're working with estimated lead times, but we want to analyze the actual time it takes from when we place a purchase order to when we receive the goods.

We're looking to track the real performance data across our supply chain to identify bottlenecks, seasonal variations, and which suppliers are consistently meeting their promised timelines versus those who are running behind. This analysis would help us make better inventory planning decisions and set more accurate expectations internally.
